These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of KJS Media's private Facebook Page management application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, the authorized user agrees to these Terms.

2. Authorized Use

The App is an internal tool operated by KJS Media and is intended only for authorized account and Page administration purposes. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Service Description

The App may be used to perform Page-management functions through Meta's platform, including:

• Creating, scheduling, and publishing posts
• Uploading and managing media assets
• Reviewing basic engagement insights related to managed Page content

4. Platform Compliance

Use of the App must comply with all applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and any related third-party requirements. The App only operates within granted permissions.

5. Account and Credential Responsibility

The authorized user is responsible for maintaining the security of connected accounts, access tokens, and related credentials, and for all actions taken through the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the App to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules
• Post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or misuse of the App or connected services

7. Availability and Changes

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features and functionality may change as operational needs evolve.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KJS Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

Access to the App may be revoked or terminated at any time if these Terms are violated or if service is discontinued.

11. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
